We highly recommend to our customers to read our shipping policy before ordering.

All items in our clearance tab are FINAL SALE.
No refund, exchange, or refund will be permitted on these items.
Items in our clearance tab are readily available for shipping.
All other fur items are made to order ( Pre- Ordered )
Pre-ordered items: When an order is placed on our website, it goes on hold for 24hrs. This is to give all our customers the time to adjust accordingly
whether by style, size or to cancel the order fully.
For a refund request to be honored, we must receive your cancellation request within 24hrs of your order being made.
Once this is done, we will process a refund, less the processing fee that is charged to process the transaction to the original form of payment used to make the order.
( 2.9% + $0.30 is charged per transaction this fee is non refundable )
Please note, that once a refund is issued, the payment is taken out of our accounts instantly.
It will take 5-7 Business days for your bank to have this reflected in your account.
Please contact your bank for further information on their processing time.
REFUND REQUEST AFTER OUR 24HR TIME FRAME
Store credit will be issued for request that comes in after 24hrs of your order being placed on our website. This credit will be valid to be used within 90 days.
Once this is issued, you will receive an email with instructions on how to use your store credit.
